Conestoga’s Cabinet Systems combine variety and flexibility with time and cost savings. This program gives customers the ability to create a cabinet line that is right for their business. We offer many cabinet styles at two price points with options, unlimited door designs and several popular species. Conestoga’s Cabinet Systems were created and improved upon with direct input from our customers. The objective of this program is to provide customers with the options necessary to better compete in the marketplace while growing their business.
• Two Product Price Points
Conestoga offers two distinctive and expertly crafted product lines. The premium line is the allwood Advantage Series. This line features plywood cabinet parts with solid wood drawers.The more economically priced line is the Essence Series with particleboard cabinet partsand plywood drawers. Both product lines have been designed to reduce assembly time andincrease your throughput.

Extensive design possibilities exist with hundreds of sizes and configurations available includingwalls, bases, ovens, corners and utilities. New designs will continue to be added to satisfychanging market needs.
• Door Design and Overlay Programs
Cabinet Systems has two door design programs: Custom and Program doors
Program DoorsConestoga has made our two top selling door designs, the CRP-10 and TW-10, availablewith special material pricing when ordered with Cabinet Systems. Select from eightpopular edge profiles available as inset, 1/4”, 1/2”, 1-1/4” and 1-3/8” overlays.
Custom DoorsChoose from over 100 different door stiles found in Conestoga’s Custom Product Manual.Most designs offer several profile selections of framing beads, panel raises and edgeprofiles. Custom material charges and lead-times apply.
• Custom SizingIn addition to the broad selection of standard cabinet configurations, Conestoga offers sizecustomization for nearly every cabinet design. Custom sizing can accommodate width, heightand depth requirements.
• Custom FinishingOur finished component program allows you to order individual cabinet parts finished tomatch your doors and drawer fronts. Simply assemble your prefinished components andyou’re ready to install.Conestoga Cabinet Systems also offers options to enhance customers’ product offering, such as optionalmatching interiors, extended stiles, undermount soft close drawer slides, exposed ends, flush ends, flush toe,wood shelf upgrade and overlay styles.
Advantage (Plywood Line)• Front Frames: 3/4” thick solid wood with 1-1/2” wide stiles and rails unless otherwisespecified. Blind mortise and tenon joints. Non-standard configurations must be ordered ascustom fronts.• Cabinet Sides: 1/2” thick plywood with Birch veneer on both sides.• Cabinet Tops: 1/2” thick plywood with Birch veneer on both sides. Most base cabinets, haveopen tops with two 1/2” thick by 3” deep plywood support strips running across the full widthof the cabinet in the front and back.• Cabinet Bottoms: 1/2” thick plywood with Birch veneer on both sides.• Cabinets Backs: 1/2” thick plywood with Birch veneer on both sides.• Shelves: 3/4” thick Birch plywood with a banded front edge. Both sides of shelves are finishedwith a UV clearcoat. Shelf height adjustable in 32mm increments. Plywood shelves are standardin the Advantage line and can be upgraded to a solid wood shelf.• Drawer Boxes: English dovetail construction. 5/8” thick solid wood with eased top edge. 1/4”thick bottoms standard; 3/8” thick bottoms and additional drawer box options available at anupcharge. Drawer boxes are finished with a UV clear coat.• Toeboard Strips: Available in 4” high x 8’ long x 1/2” thick plywood strips in Cherry, HardMaple or Red Oak.• Prefinished Interior: Clear finished interiors are standard in the Advantage line. Clearfinish is on interior of backs, tops, bottoms and sides. Finished interior cabinet surfaces arenot designed to be painted. Cabinets that will be painted should be ordered with matchinginteriors.• Matching Specie Interior: Matching specie interior cabinets are unfinished. During this time parts may require additional care inassembling as there may be a tighter fit than usual between the dovetailed parts.To help avoid moisture absorption, keep all parts packaged until ready to assemble. Keep partsstacked on top of each other, not on open racks. Keep parts away from open doors leading tothe outside.
